We know that it is stressful and overwhelming to be facing criminal charges. As a result, we will make sure that you know and understand what is happening with every part of your case. Our criminal defense attorneys are available to answer your questions and will calmly guide you through what they know is a stressful process.

The Sentencing Guidelines In The State Of Indiana

In the state of Indiana, the sentencing guidelines provide guidance for judges when they are imposing criminal penalties. For example, Class C misdemeanor crimes come with a sentencing recommendation of 0-60 days and a fine of up to $500. A Level 1 felony comes with a sentencing recommendation of 20-40 years in jail and a fine of up to $10,000.

As your criminal defense attorney, our lawyers will fight to protect your freedom and minimize any prospective criminal penalties. At Rodriguez Law Firm, Inc., we are committed to protecting your constitutional rights and preserving your freedom.
