We opened Rodriguez Law Firm, Inc. in 2021 after working at the LaPorte County prosecutor’s office as deputy prosecuting attorneys. We have prosecuted criminal cases ranging from drug possession to operating while intoxicated (OWI) /driving under the influence (DUI) and traffic violations, including CDL tickets, so we know how the other side thinks. We also work with clients on family law concerns such as divorce and custody hearings, and we can assist with criminal expungements, obtaining a special permit driver’s license after a license suspension, and creating wills and trusts.
We are both are graduates of Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Frank Rodriguez is a member of the National College of DUI Defense.
